Information about the anticheat.

So, new to the rust hacking scene. I have no idea if the anti-cheat is report based, stats based, manual based, automated... 

Can you just be "blatant" and get away or you need to be some sort of "legit" to avoid getting banned? Also, are bans HWID?

I'd like to know more about it so i don't end up banned.
