Process before you can start cheating

Hi there Ive been away from the cs scene for a year and bought ********** today, on their cheat you need to play in window mode, use usb and change your whole boot system. It wasnt like that before and they told me that VAC has evolved a lot lately. So im wondering as a complete new customer, if I purchase what do I have to do to get started? Thank you very much!
