Resub Issues/Questions?

I made a thread earlier, but I can't seem to see it;

Basically, I had a sub previously (2 years ago) and I wish to resub now, however, during then and now, I've changed my Internet and I believe I bought a new computer. Will there be an issue with hardware ID?

Also, when was the last detection for CS:GO?
