Csgo question

When u buy aimware can you get untrusted account? My friend said if you use some lock settings or something like that it can happen.
He said that he has settings that cant get untrusted account.


And do you need to play in windowed mode if you are using aimware or does all hacks work in fullscreen? I dont mind playing in windowed fullscreen but its a bit weird because my resolution was different before.
