Payment Method

When will other Payment methods be added such as pay via Card without using PayPal.

I cannot use PayPal for a numbers of reasons, all on PayPals end, I've tried and I can't.

I'd like to pay via Card or something, any idea when other payments will be added like Bitcoin?
