GTA 5

I just want to ask does GTA aimbot works in cars? Meaning when you are in cars are you able to use aimbot to aim the enemies outside? AND also can you aim enemies in cars?
I saw the Aimbot (*) and I saw the note at the bottom (*) = First Person only. That means aimbot only works in first person mode?
